South West Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Centre, formerly known as Dumfries & Galloway Rape Crisis Center. Since we opened in March 1996, we have been providing support, both emotional and practical, to women and girls in Dumfries & Galloway, who have been raped or sexually abused at any time in their lives. |

What do we believe? |

We Believe that all rape and sexual abuse are crimes of violence and an abuse of power. We Offer confidential support, which is free of charge to women who have been raped or sexually assaulted at any time in their lives, however long ago, and to women survivors of child sexual abuse. We will support you in any decision you make regarding your experience We Listen. We believe what you tell us We will listen to what you want to tell us about your experience. We will listen to and respect your feelings about your experience. We offer support by telephone, by letter, by e-mail, face to face and in support groups |
